This exciting offering is for companies who wish to develop strong, confident women leaders — 100, 1,000, or 10,000 female employees. The program has three goals.

First, it develops female leaders. In a series of four 2-hour, in-house workshops, participants learn how to (1) develop a leader's mind-set; (2) unlock the power of their voice; (3) create strong scripts with powerful language; and (4) achieve a dynamic presence on any “stage.”

Second, it provides a structure for mentoring.
The workshops are taught by women in your company who want to take on this mentoring/facilitation role and lead 15 other women through the program.

Third, it fosters networking. The Taking the Stage® self-directed corporate program brings women together not simply to learn new skills, but also to share their experiences and ideas, and provide mutual support.
