In Communicating in the Virtual World, your remote employees and leaders will learn highly relevant skills and tools they can use to understand their communication habits, intentionally develop relationships, communicate using the right medium, structure virtual meetings, and develop their presence. The learning experience uses a blend of self-directed learning via an online platform, live facilitator-led sessions, and practice assignments, to bring the learning to life and build confidence in every learner that they can, and will, successfully adapt to this new way of working and leading.

The Learning Experience

Communicating in the Virtual World combines the best of self-directed learning and facilitator-led sessions. Your leaders will have access to our online portal where they work through interactive content and participate in discussion boards at their own pace. To solidify the learning your leaders do online, Communicating in the Virtual World includes four live facilitator-led sessions where leaders have a chance to partake in group discussions, ask questions, and receive feedback from their highly-trained facilitator.
