Leadership Brand

Everyone has a brand, whether you know it or not. Your brand is nothing more and nothing less than your leadership identity. It's the first impression you make and the reputation that precedes you, and every communication is an opportunity to either reinforce it or change it. The most effective leaders take time to reflect on and articulate the brand they want so that they can communicate in a way that intentionally strengthens their leadership and ultimately their impact. This module guides learners to reflect on who they are and what their brand identity is. They will learn how to adapt their communication to cultivate a brand that reflects their values and inspires stakeholders.
