Relationship Building

Building strategic and authentic relationships in the workplace should not be treated as a check-the-box activity. Strong relationships are crucial to every leader’s success, and they don’t happen by accident.  For a leader to do their job, and do it well, they must form relationships that are both strategic and authentic.  

This module introduces your leaders to simple tools that will help them build relationships through communication. They will learn how to successfully navigate complex power dynamics in the workplace while remaining true to their vision, their goals, and themselves. They will return to work with a refreshed perspective on the importance of relationships and what it takes to build them.
