This acquisition not only expands Humance’s national footprint, but also strengthens the combined organizations’ ability to deliver large-scale, high-impact leadership programs. By leveraging The Humphrey Group’s deep expertise in leadership communication with Humance’s breadth in management and culture consulting, the organizations can offer clients a more comprehensive set of solutions.
As part of the integration, Bart Egnal will join Humance’s Executive Committee as Managing Partner while continuing as CEO of The Humphrey Group. The Humphrey Group will retain its brand and operational identity, ensuring continuity for clients and partners, while gaining access to Humance’s expanded solutions, resources, and scale.
