The Opportunity
Taking the Stage® is a proven leadership development program that helps women build confidence, elevate their executive presence, and strengthen their leadership voice. For over 20 years, organizations worldwide have trusted this program to advance women within their leadership pipelines.
As a certified facilitator, you’ll be trained to deliver this impactful experience to women leaders within your own organization. The certification is complimentary, and participant licenses can be purchased separately to support your delivery of the program.
About the Program You’ll Be Certified to Facilitate:
Taking the Stage® is a purpose-built space for women to come together and discuss the specific challenges they face while developing their leadership and communication skills. They'll leave with the knowledge and tools to:
- Craft message-driven communication using a practical tool
- Embrace and communicate a leadership identity
- Adopt a powerful vocal presence
- Use strong, assertive language
- Capitalize on conversations as leadership opportunities
- Elevate their executive presence
- Effectively navigate conflict in conversations

Your Commitment
We’re excited to offer this complimentary certification to a small group of women leaders who are ready to bring Taking the Stage® into their organizations.
Before you apply, please ensure you’re able to fully commit to the training and delivery expectations outlined below:
- You are able to attend the first 3 virtual sessions
- Thursday, October 9th, 12-2 ET
- Thursday, October 16th, 12-2 ET
- Thursday, October 23rd, 12-2 ET
- Thursday, October 30th, 12-1 ET (Optional)
- You can complete approximately 1.5 hours of independent work between sessions
- You will facilitate Taking the Stage® for a minimum of 5 participants within your organization within 6 months of certification
We’ll provide 5 complimentary participant licenses; additional licenses available at $400 per participant.
Complimentary licenses are provided once per organization. If your organization has already received 5 from a previous certification, no additional complimentary licenses will be provided.

History & Context: Begin your certification journey by exploring the purpose, evolution, and lasting impact of Taking the Stage®. You’ll also reflect on your role as a facilitator and how to create a space where women feel empowered to lead and speak
with confidence.
Module 1 | Embrace Your Leadership Identity: Examine how gender expectations and internal beliefs shape leadership identity. Learn how to support participants in uncovering their strengths and embracing an authentic
leadership mindset.

Strategies for Engagement & FAQ: Strengthen your facilitation skills to lead Taking the Stage® with confidence. Receive practical strategies and tips for managing group dynamics, responding to challenging questions, and creating an engaging experience. This session offers best practices, rollout guidance, and space to ask questions, ensuring you feel supported and ready to facilitate with confidence.
