Employees with diverse abilities continue to face systemic and individual barriers at work that can undermine their desire and ability to lead. We believe that the world needs leaders with diverse abilities, no matter what their role, organization, or industry.


Enabling Leaders supports your organization’s diversity and inclusion strategies by creating a purpose-built space for the disabled community to come together and discuss the specific challenges they face while building leadership skills. This application-based learning experience is designed to unlock the conviction and authenticity that are at the heart of inspiring leadership. It addresses common challenges faced by individuals with diverse abilities within large organizations and develops skills to help them overcome, thrive and show leadership.


The learning is led by The Humphrey Group’s own roster of disabled leaders and the sharing of experiences and challenges is central to the learning experience.

By the end of The Humphrey Group's learning experience, Enabling Leaders, your leaders will have the knowledge and tools to:
