To equip these leaders with the mindset and skills to build inclusion in the workplace, EMCO partnered with The Humphrey Group to bring in our Inclusive Leadership program. This learning experience is designed to build the specific communication skills that drive inclusion. Through a blend of facilitated learning and practical exercises, their leaders strengthened their ability to recognize and interrupt unconscious bias in real time, use inclusive language, respond to difficult feedback and different perspectives, and adapt communication styles to engage diverse perspectives

As a result of their participation in Inclusive Leadership, Profit Centre Leaders have significantly strengthened their inclusive communication skills, with self-ratings showing an 83% improvement in their ability to respond to difficult feedback in an inclusive way. Today, Inclusive Leadership is more than a training initiative at EMCO, it’s become a corporate standard.
